This gorgeous country house in a very good location was built in 2016 from the best building materials, it is completely oriented to the west - the unique sea view is given everywhere in the house. The house is registered as a residential house, so it can be used both for residential purposes and as a rental property (vivienda vacacional can be applied for). The walls are made of termocilla stones. All three parts of which the house is composed have a Canary wood ceiling (Riga Honduras). The house is protected against rising damp and the roof is also insulated. The wooden windows and doors have double glazing and were made by a German carpenter from Puntagorda. The massive interior doors in Canarian style were made by a carpenter from Los Llanos. The house is completely tiled inside. Outside the house has a 147m² terrace with natural stone (Laja gris), 42m² of which are covered by a pergola. The center of the house is the living/dining and kitchen area with 36m², in the living area is also a wood stove for cozy winter evenings. In the southern area and in the northern area of the house there is a bedroom with bathroom each. The north wing can additionally be used as a guest apartment, as there is a separate entrance door here - in addition to the interior doors to the living and cooking areas. Water and sewage connections for the installation of a mini-kitchen are also available in this room. Behind the house there is - protected from view - an outdoor shower. In the house - adjacent to the kitchen - there is a utility room. Here are the connections for the washing machine, space for shelves to store food, etc. Next to the front door, an external door leads to a small workshop (3.75m²). On the west terrace, which has space for a large table and chairs, there is also the outdoor kitchen with gas stove and sink and an impressive pizza oven. Behind the house is the small pool with a size of 2.5m x 1.5m. It is heated by its own solar panel. In the summer it regularly reaches temperatures around 30°C in the afternoon. In the carport, in front of the parking area for the car there is still enough space for a seat at the barbecue area. The house has a 1.8kWp photovoltaic system with 3.3kW lithium-ion storage. It is also connected to the power grid in case of cloudy days in winter. Currently, the photovoltaic system achieves a self-sufficiency rate of about 95%. Combined with the private water share (1.4 liters per minute) and the in-house water tank, this property can be used completely self-sufficient. There is a large garden with many fruit trees and an automatic irrigation system.
