The house is on the road that leads from Mazo in the south of the island. In the lower part of the house is a former garage that serves as an art workshop, for this space, there is a license for a retail store. The adjacent room is below the terrace and is like a basement room used. On the first floor is the living area. A hallway leads to the terrace and three doors leading into kitchen, living room and bedroom. The terrace offers an unrivaled sea views to Tenerife and La Gomera, and to the coastline of Salemera. Between the living and the bedroom there is another room which is used as an office. Here there is a staircase that leads to the conservatory and bathroom upstairs. From the conservatory in the set-back upper floor takes you to the old bodega. A door leads from the conservatory into the garden area. Besides Bodega is there the wine press and a large shed. These buildings can be rebuilt. In the garden, there are further: a barn, a former cheese smokehouse (as wood storage used) and the old need of renovation "Bath" with laundry. For irrigation is a tank with a capacity of over 30,000 L available. On the flat roof of the main house a photovoltaic system is installed. On the roof of the bath is a thermal solar system with a tank of 150 L of water, which is heated electrically on cloudy days. Below the road there is another part of the property with young avocado trees and acreage. Less than a hundred meters away is the bus stop with 2-hourly connections to Santa Cruz (25 min. Drive) and Los Llanos.
